According to official corporate disclosures, AbbVie will acquire all outstanding shares of Apogee Therapeutics for USD 135.11 per share in cash, representing a total equity valuation of roughly USD 10.9 billion.

The transaction has received unanimous approval from the boards of directors of both entities and is projected to conclude during the third quarter of 2026, pending customary regulatory clearances and Apogee stockholder approval.
