This transaction represents the twelfth strategic add-on completed by the buyer since initiating a partnership with Oridian Capital Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The deal integrates Ultra Green's proprietary fiber-based product lines and rPET lid offerings directly into the buyer's PrimeWare brand catalog. Leadership from the acquired entity, including President and Owner Kristin Davidson, will remain with the organization alongside key operational management teams to ensure continuity across existing client accounts.
