Actis has acquired a 90% stake in 800 Super, a Singapore-based integrated environmental management company, through its Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2 (ALLIF2). The investment targets critical waste management assets backed by long-term government contracts aligned with Singapore’s Zero Waste Masterplan.

Actis has completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in 800 Super, an integrated environmental management firm serving Singapore’s public and private sectors. According to official disclosures, the transaction was executed alongside founder and CEO William Lee through Actis’ Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2 (ALLIF2), bringing the fund to approximately 70% deployed. 800 Super provides waste management, treatment, public cleaning, and recycling services, with the majority of revenues derived from multi-year contracts with the Singaporean government.

The company is one of only three licensed municipal solid waste and integrated public cleaning service providers nationally, positioning it as a critical player in Singapore’s circular economy infrastructure. The acquisition aligns with ALLIF2’s mandate to invest in defensive infrastructure assets with long-term contracted revenue streams.

This development matters as it reflects sustained institutional appetite for regulated environmental services in jurisdictions with strong sovereign credit fundamentals. Singapore’s ‘AAA’ rating and its 2030 Zero Waste Masterplan create a policy-backed demand environment for waste management and resource recovery infrastructure.

For the infrastructure investment sector, the deal underscores the strategic value of circular economy assets, segments offering predictable cash flows and essential service characteristics. Southeast Asia remains a focus for Actis, with total deployment in the region reaching US$1.7 billion across energy, digital infrastructure, and real estate. Investors may view this as a benchmark for valuing integrated waste management platforms in highly regulated, concession-based markets.

Actis is a global investor focused on sustainable infrastructure in growth markets, managing funds across energy, digital, and real estate sectors. 800 Super is a Singapore-based environmental management company providing waste collection, treatment, and recycling services, with operations spanning the circular economy value chain.
