SAUDI ARABIA —Al Moammar Information Systems Company has signed a framework agreement worth SAR 134.84 million, with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) for the supply of technology equipment and associated services. The agreement was signed on October 27, 2026, and has a duration of 36 months. Deliveries will be made to the authority’s warehouses and branches across Saudi Arabia, with warranty services provided throughout the contract period.
The scope includes network devices and related accessories, workstation accessories, biometric devices and cameras, portable biometric enrolment devices, and video communication equipment. The arrangement is intended to support the authority’s operational technology requirements by providing equipment across its locations under a single framework, alongside delivery and warranty coverage.
The agreement reflects continued demand for networking and digital identification infrastructure within Saudi Arabia’s public sector. Biometric enrolment devices, cameras and video communication systems can support identity-related processes and communications, while network equipment provides connectivity for distributed operations. The contract’s multi-year term offers a structured procurement arrangement for the specified equipment and associated services.
For Al Moammar Information Systems, the agreement adds a sizeable public-sector supply contract to its business pipeline and provides a 36-month delivery and service horizon. For SDAIA, the framework establishes a procurement channel for technology equipment across its facilities. The company stated that the award had not been disclosed earlier because no contract value had been specified at that time, meaning it did not meet the applicable disclosure requirements. The expected financial impact is associated with the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026.
