Alwasail Industrial Company has signed an SAR 8.83 million contract with Almabani General Contractors Company to manufacture and supply materials for the Sports Boulevard Project in Riyadh. The 12-month order is based on approved technical specifications, with revenue impact expected across Q4 2026 and the first two quarters of 2027.

SAUDI ARABIA —Alwasail Industrial Company has secured an SAR 8.83 million contract, from Almabani General Contractors Company for the manufacturing and supply of materials for the Sports Boulevard Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The contract was awarded and signed on September 30, 2026, with the scope covering materials required for the project in accordance with its approved technical specifications.

Under the agreement, Alwasail will manufacture and supply the specified project materials, with the contract carrying a 12-month duration from the date of supply. The company expects the financial impact to be recognized progressively from the fourth quarter of 2026 through the first and second quarters of 2027. No related parties are identified in the disclosure.

Alwasail Industrial Company is a Saudi industrial manufacturer and supplier serving infrastructure and construction-related markets. Almabani General Contractors Company is a Saudi construction contractor involved in major infrastructure and building projects, including large-scale developments in the Kingdom. Their roles place the agreement within Saudi Arabia’s wider construction supply chain supporting urban development.

The order connects Alwasail directly to the Sports Boulevard Project, a major urban infrastructure development in Riyadh designed to expand recreational, sports and active-mobility facilities across the capital. The materials supply component illustrates the downstream procurement opportunities created for domestic manufacturers as large infrastructure programs move from planning and development into execution.

For the construction and industrial manufacturing sectors, the contract supports demand for locally produced project materials and provides a defined supply pipeline for the next 12 months. Contractors working on major Riyadh developments can similarly generate opportunities for specialist manufacturers and suppliers that meet project-specific technical requirements.

From an investor and business perspective, the SAR 8.83 million order provides Alwasail with incremental contracted activity extending into 2027, while Almabani obtains a dedicated supply arrangement for project execution. The staged financial contribution also indicates that the commercial effect will be distributed across several reporting periods rather than concentrated at contract signing.
