AMC Robotics Corporation has secured up to $50 million in standby equity financing, including $3.88 million in convertible notes, to accelerate the completion and commissioning of its robotic manufacturing plant by November 2026.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AMC Robotics Corporation has secured access to up to $50 million in total funding via a standby equity purchase agreement to complete the setup of its dedicated manufacturing plant. As part of the initial financing arrangement, an institutional investor provided $3.88 million through convertible promissory notes across two tranches. These proceeds are designated to fund line construction and operational readiness for the new facility, which is now targeted to finish commissioning by November 2026.

Under the terms of the equity line, the company maintains the right to issue and sell newly created common shares up to the $50 million limit, subject to an effective resale registration statement with regulatory authorities. The accompanying convertible notes mature in one year and can be satisfied via cash prepayment with a 6 percent premium or converted into equity based on a fixed price of $4.017 per share or a discount relative to recent daily volume-weighted average trading prices. While notes remain outstanding, the investor can demand share issuance up to the balance owed.

Accelerating the deployment of production infrastructure allows the company to transition faster from development to commercial-scale output. AMC Robotics Corporation develops artificial intelligence-driven robotics systems, including the Kyro quadruped mobile platform for security and automated inspections, as well as the NovaArm logistics sorting system designed for warehouse distribution operations.

Securing structured capital helps mitigate execution risks during facility construction, allowing hardware technology developers to meet expanding industrial demand. Supply chain operations and distribution networks increasingly rely on automated sorting and autonomous monitoring tools to manage rising labor costs and throughput requirements across North America. Capital investments of this nature underscore the growing importance of securing scalable domestic manufacturing capacity to supply AI-driven automation solutions to modern industrial and logistics sectors.
