Arcus Infrastructure Partners has entered into a binding agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Volta Data Centres from Verne. According to official disclosures, the transaction involves a 6MW carrier-neutral colocation and interconnection facility situated near the City of London, and is expected to close by the end of July 2026. Arcus Infrastructure Partners is an independent fund manager specializing in long-term European infrastructure investments across the digital, transport, energy, and logistics sectors.

The acquisition, executed through the Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4, marks a significant expansion into the highly competitive UK digital infrastructure landscape. The central London facility maintains a network of over 40 on-site carriers and 1,200 cross-connects, serving a diversified client base across the financial services, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.
