Arisinfra Solutions subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions has secured a Developer-as-a-Service mandate for the Morning Mist residential project in Bengaluru, bringing its service portfolio past INR 20 billion in gross development value.

INDIA A major Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) provider has expanded its operations in Southern India through a new residential project management agreement in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Under the terms of the 36-month engagement scheduled to begin in mid-September 2026, ArisUnitern RE Solutions will manage the complete operational lifecycle for 0.2 million square feet of saleable space within a 180-unit housing development. The contract also opens a material procurement opportunity exceeding INR 1 billion for its parent entity.

This arrangement represents the third collaborative venture between the service provider and developer partner O2 Spaces, part of the Vaishnavi Residences Group. The inclusion of this project elevates the managing entity's cumulative DaaS portfolio beyond INR 20 billion in gross development value, signaling sustained commercial adoption of fee-based management frameworks among mid-market real estate firms.

Arisinfra Solutions Limited is a listed Indian infrastructure services enterprise that operates an organized supply network for construction materials alongside fee-based real estate management solutions. Through its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions, the firm provides end-to-end management services spanning design coordination, marketing, capital arrangement, and site administration tailored for residential developers.

The partnership highlights a broader transition within the Indian real estate market toward asset-light operational frameworks. By outsourcing execution, capital coordination, and procurement to specialized service platforms, mid-scale property developers can reduce overhead risks while improving project completion timelines. Additionally, integrated material sourcing models offer greater supply chain visibility and cost predictability amidst fluctuating input prices across regional urban centers.
