Atlas Copco Group has completed its acquisition of Chinese heating and cooling equipment manufacturer Guangdong Euroklimat. The transaction strengthens Atlas Copco's thermal management and energy conversion capabilities within its Compressor Technique business division across Asian markets.

CHINA; SWEDEN —Atlas Copco Group has finalized the acquisition of Euroklimat Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Co., Ltd, known as Guangdong Euroklimat. Following the closing of the transaction, the acquired enterprise has been integrated into the Oil-free Air division within Atlas Copco's Compressor Technique business segment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2009, Guangdong Euroklimat manufactures industrial thermal management systems, specializing in process cooling and energy conversion solutions. Headquartered in Guangdong Province, the company operates manufacturing facilities in Guangdong and Tianjin, alongside regional sales offices across Southeast Asia. In 2025, the business generated 1,281 million RMB in revenues and employed approximately 1,000 personnel.

Sweden-headquartered Atlas Copco Group is a global provider of industrial productivity solutions, offering compressed air equipment, vacuum systems, power tools, and industrial pumps. In 2025, the group reported total revenues of 168 billion SEK and maintained a workforce of approximately 56,000 employees worldwide.

The strategic integration expands Atlas Copco's operational presence in China and Southeast Asia, reinforcing its capacity to serve high-demand industrial process cooling sectors. By incorporating specialized temperature control technologies into its compressed air portfolio, the group aims to address growing industrial demand for integrated energy conversion and process efficiency solutions.

This acquisition highlights a broader consolidation trend within industrial equipment manufacturing, where multinational providers are acquiring regional specialists to enhance energy-efficient offerings.
