Baker Hughes secures lifecycle and digital services contract for ANOH Gas Plant in Nigeria

Baker Hughes has been awarded a comprehensive lifecycle and digital monitoring contract by ANOH Gas Processing Company for its greenfield facility in Nigeria. The agreement enhances equipment reliability for the critical onshore project, supporting the nation's strategic transition toward natural gas-powered energy generation.

Baker Hughes is a multinational energy technology company supplying equipment and services for hydrocarbon production. ANOH Gas Processing Company operates the ANOH gas processing plant, a major onshore facility in Nigeria. The former has secured a long-term service agreement with the latter to maintain and digitally monitor turbomachinery at the Nigerian facility. According to official disclosures, the contract encompasses parts, repair, and remote diagnostics executed through a local service center in Port Harcourt.

This development ensures uninterrupted operations at the greenfield plant, which integrated the contractor's power generation equipment in 2019. By deploying remote monitoring technologies, the agreement minimizes downtime and optimizes essential gas infrastructure performance.
