UNITED STATES OF AMERICA —BVP Forge has completed a strategic investment in Nevvon to accelerate the expansion of its nationwide caregiver training and compliance software. The partnership aims to broaden Nevvon's footprint across self-directed care arrangements and health insurance payors while enhancing operational efficiency for home care providers.
Nevvon operates an end-to-end training and regulatory compliance platform tailored for the home care, home health, and facility care sectors. Operating across all 50 US states, the company provides automated curriculum updates and direct software integrations that allow care providers to streamline onboarding, lower administrative costs, and maintain audit readiness. BVP Forge is the private equity arm of Bessemer Venture Partners, managing $2.3 billion in assets with a focus on scaling technology and business services enterprises.
Concurrent with the funding, Nevvon introduced TrainOnce, a network-driven feature designed to eliminate redundant compliance instruction for home care employees. The capability permits caregivers moving between different agencies or managing multiple employers to port their verified training records seamlessly without compromising state-level regulatory standards.
High turnover rates and workforce mobility across home care agencies frequently lead to duplicated onboarding costs and delayed caregiver deployment. By establishing portable training credentials across its footprint of over 650,000 caregivers, Nevvon addresses key operational bottlenecks that hinder workforce throughput and drive up overhead for home health organizations.
For institutional investors and healthcare executives, the transaction highlights growing demand for technological infrastructure that mitigates administrative fragmentation in home-based care models. As healthcare delivery increasingly shifts toward home settings and consumer-directed care programs, compliance software capable of optimizing workforce deployment represents a critical operational asset for scaling payor and provider networks.
