Ceigall India Limited, in a joint venture with Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited, has secured a Letter of Acceptance for a road construction contract valued at INR 2.74 billion from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways in Arunachal Pradesh.

Ceigall India Limited, in joint venture with Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract valued at INR 2.74 billion. The project entails the construction of a road spanning from km 17.812 to km 55.377 (Package-2) of the Bile-Migging section of NH-913, known as the Frontier Highway, to intermediate lane standards in Arunachal Pradesh. The joint venture structure allocates a 70 percent share to Ceigall India Limited and 30 percent to Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited. The execution timeline comprises a 48-month construction period followed by a five-year maintenance period.

Ceigall India Limited is an established Indian infrastructure development company specializing in engineering, procurement, and construction services for major highway and bridge infrastructure projects across the nation. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is the apex federal body responsible for the formulation and administration of rules, regulations, and laws relating to road transport and national highways in India.

The award of this contract highlights the ongoing focus on critical infrastructure development along strategic border corridors in Northeastern India. Developing NH-913 to intermediate lane standards improves regional connectivity, facilitates smoother mobility across remote stretches, and strengthens logistics links in challenging terrain. Such investments reflect sustained momentum in public infrastructure procurement to enhance national connectivity.

For the joint venture partners, securing this mandate strengthens order book visibility and consolidates their presence in high-priority civil construction contracts. Executing large-scale EPC projects in complex geographical regions provides valuable operational experience, positioning both companies favorably for future government infrastructure tenders.
