MALAYSIA —Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has been awarded a contract valued at approximately RM10.8 million by Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM) to deliver a new financial management system, designated as SKM-FS. The agreement follows the issuance of a Letter of Acceptance and encompasses a comprehensive implementation scope, including requirements analysis, system design, setup, configuration, customization, testing, integration, data migration, training, commissioning, and subsequent system maintenance.
The 24-month project is structured into two distinct phases, commencing on 2 November 2026 and concluding on 1 November 2028. The initial phase spans 12 months dedicated to development and implementation, ending on 1 November 2027. This is followed by a 12-month subscription period starting on 2 November 2027, which incorporates approximately RM3.7 million allocated specifically to the subscription component before service tax.
This development reinforces the technological capabilities of Century Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Censof Holdings Berhad established in 1997 with over 28 years of government domain experience and service to more than 105 government agencies. Censof Holdings Berhad, founded in 2008 and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, acts as a technology holdings provider specializing in financial management software and digital solutions across the Asia Pacific region.
The contract significantly bolsters Censof's footprint within the public sector technology domain by augmenting its recurring revenue streams and enhancing overall financial visibility. By securing subscription-based project models, the organization aims to support government agencies in modernizing financial operations while capitalizing on broader digital transformation trends across Malaysia's public and private sectors.
