Choice International Limited has secured full ownership of two information technology firms for nominal outlays while simultaneously offloading its entire stake in a renewable energy subsidiary to streamline operational focus.

INDIA —Choice International Limited has executed corporate restructuring maneuvers by taking full control of two technology firms while liquidating its holding in a clean energy subsidiary. The enterprise acquired 100 percent equity stakes in Truestock Universe Private Limited and Quanthm Bit Works Private Limited for a nominal consideration of INR 10,000 each. Truestock Universe Private Limited is registered in Madhya Pradesh and reported a turnover of INR 10.35 million for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, alongside a negative net worth of INR 12.73 million. Quanthm Bit Works Private Limited, based in Mumbai, posted zero turnover and a negative net worth of INR 1.05 million for the same operational period.

Concurrently, the material subsidiary Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited disposed of its entire shareholding in SKP Green Ventures Private Limited to Arrowbridge Trade Private Limited. This transaction yielded a gross consideration of INR 12.75 million. For the 2025-2026 financial year, SKP Green Ventures Private Limited generated a turnover of INR 41.06 million, accounting for 0.37 percent of the consolidated group revenue, and held a net worth of INR 10.18 million.

These transactions align with corporate strategy to pivot resources deeper into the digital and technology landscape while pruning non-core energy assets. The acquisitions of Truestock and Quanthm are designed to fortify internal technological capabilities, expand software development infrastructure, and enhance digital service delivery. Conversely, the divestment of the green energy entity curtails exposure to capital-intensive utility segments, allowing capital re-allocation toward high-margin digital solutions and consultancy services.

The consolidation affects domestic technology markets, IT consulting providers, and green energy infrastructure sectors within the region. Stakeholders, corporate investors, and market analysts view the dual transactions as a calculated portfolio rationalization. By shedding a minor renewable subsidiary and absorbing nascent IT entities at negligible capital expenditure, management signals a disciplined approach to asset optimization, technological integration, and risk-adjusted growth without incurring heavy debt burdens or diluting equity value.
