Citira Holding AB has completed the acquisition of Scottish commercial tyre service provider Redpath Tyres Ltd. The transaction marks Citira's inaugural expansion into the UK's truck, bus, and agricultural tyre market, reinforcing its broader strategy to construct a nationwide fleet management service network.

SWEDEN; UNITED KINGDOM —Nordic automotive and fleet services provider Citira Holding AB has acquired Scotland-based Redpath Tyres Ltd, securing its entry into the commercial, truck, and agricultural tyre sectors across the UK. Headquartered in Sweden, Citira operates a network of over 180 service locations, five retreading facilities, and more than 1,200 employees across Northern Europe and the UK, specializing in circular tyre maintenance, retreading, and logistics management.

Under the agreement, Redpath Tyres will retain its existing brand identity, operational structure, and workforce of approximately 90 employees across its 11 regional sites. The business's leadership, including members of the founding family, will transition into equity shareholders within Citira Group to maintain operational continuity and regional client relationship management.

This strategic transaction serves as a core catalyst for Citira's broader British network integration following its initial market entry via Tyrefix Group earlier in the year. By incorporating Redpath Tyres' established regional presence in Scotland, Citira aims to introduce its integrated circular fleet management ecosystem-combining retreading services, rim refurbishment, and fleet maintenance-to commercial fleet operators across the region.

The move highlights ongoing consolidation within the European commercial fleet services sector, driven by fleet operators seeking integrated service providers that combine localized emergency coverage with sustainable, circular maintenance models. The expansion enhances service capacity for heavy commercial transport and agriculture, establishing a foundation for scalable, nationwide logistics support throughout the UK commercial vehicle servicing industry.
