Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has agreed to acquire a complete equity stake in Massmunch Company Limited via its regional subsidiaries. The transaction values the target at 1.25 million Thai Baht and aims to scale solar energy generation capacity across Thailand.

INDIA; THAILAND —Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has expanded its international footprint through its regional subsidiaries, Cleanmax Energy (Thailand) Company Limited and Cleanmax IHQ (Thailand) Company Limited. Both operating entities are wholly owned subsidiaries of Cleanmax Solar MENA FZCO, which functions as a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited.

Under the transaction terms finalized on October 9, 2026, the buying entities executed a share purchase agreement to acquire the entire 100 percent share capital of Massmunch Company Limited. Following the transaction closure, Cleanmax Energy (Thailand) and Cleanmax IHQ will control 99.99 percent and 0.01 percent of the target company respectively, turning Massmunch into a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the parent group. The deal carries an enterprise value of 1.25 million Thai Baht, with completion scheduled for October 31, 2026, utilizing cash consideration without requiring any regulatory or governmental approvals.

This strategic move is directly aligned with the corporate objective of accelerating clean energy development and scaling solar power generation assets within the Southeast Asian market. Massmunch Company Limited, incorporated in Thailand on March 27, 2025, specializes in renewable energy generation but reported zero turnover for the year ending December 31, 2025, with a net worth standing at 1.21 million Thai Baht.

The transaction significantly impacts the renewable energy sector in Thailand by injecting capital and corporate backing into early-stage green infrastructure development. For regional stakeholders, investors, and utilities, the acquisition signals a continuing trend of cross-border investments aimed at consolidating clean technology portfolios and driving regional energy transition initiatives.
