CodeMettle has secured the first option year of a five-year U.S. Army IDIQ contract with a USD 45.2 million ceiling. The agreement covers ConOptic software licenses and technical services supporting tactical network management, communications integration, cybersecurity, engineering and Army-wide network operations.
CodeMettle has secured the first option year under a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded by the U.S. Army in 2025. The agreement carries a ceiling of USD 45.2 million and covers the continued provision of ConOptic commercial software licenses and post-deployment support services.
The work supports the Army’s Integrated Network Operations Battalion and Below (INB2), Command and Control Network Optimized for Warfighting (C2NOW), and Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) programs. Services under the contract include fielding, user training, software support, cybersecurity, engineering and advanced troubleshooting for ConOptic users across the Army.
The contract also extends the use of CodeMettle’s software for tactical network operations, including radio management and edge network orchestration. Its scope covers software licenses supporting satellite communications, radio and waveform integration, as well as distributed network visualization and network management.
The development is relevant to the U.S. defence technology and military communications sectors because the Army is continuing to invest in software-enabled network capabilities that can operate across complex tactical environments. For technology suppliers, the agreement demonstrates sustained demand for commercial software supporting military communications, network visibility and command-and-control infrastructure.
For CodeMettle, the option-year exercise provides continued access to Army programs and extends the company’s role in tactical network software and technical support. The multi-year IDIQ structure also gives the Army flexibility to procure licenses and related services as requirements develop across its network modernization programs.
CodeMettle is an Atlanta-based software developer focused on network operations and data integration solutions for defence, government and commercial customers. Its products are designed to support monitoring, management and orchestration of complex networks.
