UNITED STATES OF AMERICA —Commercial signage and lighting provider YESCO has finalized a major exterior illumination retrofitting program for the Montego Bay Resort Casino in West Wendover, Nevada. The broad infrastructure project centered on replacing legacy exterior branding displays with modernized architectural illumination systems, spanning multiple elevations, skybridge structures, and entry wayfinding points across the gaming property.
The retrofitting encompassed the installation of custom LED-illuminated channel lettering on four distinct building faces, backed by custom aluminum panels styled to blend into the existing architectural facade. Dual-sided illuminated branding was added across the resort's connecting skybridge, while primary guest registration points received upgraded internal LED lighting displays engineered with high-visibility perforated vinyl faces. To establish a unified visual border across the resort perimeter, the installation team deployed 4,184 linear feet of custom blue prismatic aluminum trim outfitted with integrated LED runs to replace older border lighting runs.
Salt Lake City-headquartered YESCO manufactures, installs, and services custom commercial signage, lighting, and digital billboard displays across North America. Established in 1920, the company operates extensive design and fabrication facilities supplying regional hospitality, retail, and commercial developments.
Modernization projects of this scale highlight growing capital expenditure investments within the hospitality and gaming sectors aimed at visual asset optimization and facility energy efficiency. Transitioning legacy gas-discharge or older neon illumination to low-maintenance LED architecture significantly reduces operational utility costs while standardizing brand identity across high-density resort corridors. For commercial fabrication contractors, large-scale hospitality retrofits remain a durable revenue stream driven by continuous facility upgrades across competitive gaming destinations.
