Compucom Software Limited has secured a work order valued at INR 47.69 million from the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation. The project focuses on providing skill development and job placements for rural youth across Rajasthan over a 36-month period.

Compucom Software Limited has received a work sanction order valued at INR 47.69 million from the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) to implement rural skilling initiatives in Rajasthan, India.

Under the terms of the agreement, Compucom Software Limited will serve as an execution partner under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana 2.0 framework. The project aims to deliver skill training to 350 rural poor youth and secure guaranteed job placements for at least 245 candidates. The order was awarded by a domestic government entity in the ordinary course of business, with execution planned over an estimated period of 36 months. Neither the promoters nor group entities hold any interest in the awarding authority, confirming the transaction falls outside related-party classifications.

This contract highlights the continued push by state agencies to bridge rural employment gaps through structured vocational training programs. By partnering with private IT and education providers, public corporations leverage external operational infrastructure to fulfill key socio-economic development objectives.

For skill development firms and corporate training providers, securing government-backed vocational contracts provides stable, long-term revenue streams while expanding operational footprint. The successful execution of such workforce initiatives strengthens vendor qualifications for future public procurement tenders in government services and educational infrastructure.

Compucom Software Limited is an India-based IT solutions and educational software company specializing in ICT training, software development, and learning management systems. The Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation operates as the state nodal agency responsible for formulating and implementing skill development schemes across Rajasthan.
