Coor has extended its facility management agreement with ABB and ABB Robotics for three years, with an option for another two years. The approximately SEK 150 million annual contract covers offices and production facilities across Sweden, Norway, Estonia and Lithuania, strengthening Coor’s presence in integrated facility management services.

ESTONIA; LITHUANIA —Coor has extended its facility management agreement with ABB and ABB Robotics, covering the coordination, delivery and development of services at the companies’ offices and production facilities across Sweden, Norway, Estonia and Lithuania. The renewed contract has a three-year term and includes an option for a further two years.

The agreement carries an annual contract value of approximately SEK 150 million across the four markets. The scope includes property services, security, cleaning and workplace services, alongside the provision of coffee machines and fruit. Coor has delivered Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services to ABB since 2017, providing continuity in the management of ABB’s workplace and facility requirements.

The renewal is significant for the outsourced facility management market because it consolidates a multi-country service arrangement covering both corporate workplaces and industrial production environments. The combination of property, security, cleaning and workplace services under one contract enables ABB to maintain a coordinated service model across its operations in the Nordic and Baltic markets.

For Coor, the agreement provides a recurring revenue base across four countries and extends an established customer relationship. The mandate also reinforces the role of integrated facility management providers in supporting large industrial companies that operate geographically dispersed office and production networks. Coor is a Nordic facility management provider offering workplace, property and related support services to businesses and public-sector organisations.

The contract is relevant to facility management suppliers, industrial companies and property service providers operating across Northern Europe. Its multi-service and multi-country structure may also support continued demand for consolidated outsourcing models as large organisations seek to coordinate non-core operational services across multiple sites.
