Czechoslovak Group (CSG) has secured a strategic minority equity stake in North Vector Dynamics (NVD), elevating the Canadian defense firm’s valuation beyond USD 90 million. Financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed. The partnership integrates NVD’s specialized defense technologies with CSG’s extensive manufacturing capacity, systems integration expertise, and global commercial distribution network.

Based in Canada, North Vector Dynamics specializes in advanced air and missile defense systems tailored for Canada, NATO, and sovereign allied security needs. The firm’s primary solution is the CM-70, a low-cost, precision-guided missile interceptor designed to neutralize fast-moving, high-maneuverability unmanned aerial systems. Engineered with an open architecture for effortless platform integration, the system complies with National Defense Authorization Act standards and operates free from International Traffic in Arms Regulations restrictions. Development of the platform received strategic backing from Defence Research and Development Canada, an executive agency under the Department of National Defence.
