SAUDI ARABIA; UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Saudi Arabian enterprise solutions provider Dar AlBalad For Business Solutions Company has executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to explore acquiring up to a 100 percent stake in Clouding Computer Systems DWC-LLC and Clouding Intelligence Computer System LLC.

The target entity operates as a specialized artificial intelligence enterprise in the Middle East, offering expertise in enterprise agentic artificial intelligence solutions, field deployment engineering, and proprietary software products like Empathy Studio.

This potential transaction represents a major step in expanding high-level digital capabilities across regional corporate sectors.
