Dar Global has awarded a SAR 338 million design-and-build contract to Compass and Bin Omairah Company for Contracting LLC to undertake primary infrastructure works for the Rayana residential development in Wadi Safar, Riyadh, according to an official statement. The scope includes earthworks, road networks, utility systems and access infrastructure required to support the community’s future residential assets.

The contract represents a significant step in preparing the site for the development of high-end residential properties, including Rayana Mansions and Trump-branded mansions.
