Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited has secured two key irrigation infrastructure orders in Karnataka totaling INR 655.64 million. The contracts cover pickup canal improvements and lift irrigation schemes in Ballari district with an execution timeline of 11 months.

Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited has secured two key irrigation infrastructure projects in Karnataka totaling INR 655.64 million. The first contract, valued at INR 208.89 million, was awarded directly by state utility Nigam Karnataka Neeravari Limited (KNNL). In addition, the company secured a major subcontract worth INR 446.74 million from JNS Infra Projects Private Limited for lift irrigation and pipeline works in Ballari district.

The scope of work under the direct KNNL contract encompasses improvements to two pickups and four pickup canals, enhancement of the Kolur Lift Irrigation Scheme under D-13 of RBHLC, and the construction of the Korlagundi/Dammur Lift Irrigation Scheme near Dammuru village in Ballari Taluk and District under KMERC Grant, including five years of operation and maintenance following successful completion on a turnkey basis. Under the subcontract awarded by JNS Infra Projects Private Limited, the scope covers restoration and improvements to 16 pickups and 18 pickup canals, alongside providing a M.S. pipeline rising main to the Jalibenchi Lift Irrigation Scheme under D-15 of RBHLC in Ballari Taluk and District under KMERC Grant. Both domestic projects carry an execution timeline of 11 months.

This dual contract win underscores the accelerating public investment in agricultural water management and canal infrastructure across rural Karnataka. The execution of these projects directly impacts regional agricultural productivity by optimizing canal delivery systems and revitalizing lift irrigation networks in drought-prone districts. For regional communities and agricultural stakeholders, enhanced water flow efficiency provides reliable irrigation access, boosting crop yield potential and long-term water security.

From an industry perspective, state-sponsored water infrastructure grants such as KMERC continue to drive robust order flows for specialized engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors. Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited is a specialized Indian engineering firm providing water management, revitalizing, and infrastructure development services. Nigam Karnataka Neeravari Limited is a state government undertaking responsible for planning, executing, and managing major irrigation projects across Karnataka. The dual win strengthens Denta's order book visibility and operational presence in South India's water engineering market, positioning the firm for sustained revenue growth over the 11-month execution period.
