Deyaar Development has completed and handed over its 711-unit Tria project in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The completion raises the company's total deliveries in 2026 above 2,100 units, reflecting sustained momentum across Dubai's expanding residential real estate sector.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES —Dubai-listed real estate firm Deyaar Development has finalized the delivery of its Tria residential project in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The landmark development features a three-wing design offering 711 residential apartments alongside six commercial retail units, supported by extensive integrated community amenities, sports facilities and recreational spaces.

This completion brings Deyaar's total residential deliveries for 2026 to more than 2,100 completed units. The milestone follows the earlier first-half completion of 1,436 units spread across the developer's Regalia, Jannat, and Talia Residences developments located in key commercial and suburban hubs across the emirate.

Deyaar Development PJSC is a Dubai-based integrated real estate company founded in 2001 and listed on the Dubai Financial Market. The enterprise operates across six specialized business units covering property development, property management, facilities management, and asset care across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

The project completion highlights the steady delivery pace maintained by major regional property developers amid strong demand for modern urban housing in Dubai's suburban sub-markets. Broadening residential inventory within established innovation hubs like Dubai Silicon Oasis helps accommodate ongoing population growth and strengthens long-term urban infrastructure planning.

For institutional investors and market observers, the successful project execution underscores financial stability and operational performance in the UAE real estate ecosystem. Sustained project completions reinforce developer balance sheets while contributing to liquidity and inventory depth across primary real estate markets.
