The project entails developing a 400 kV intra-state transmission system in Yavatmal district, requiring full equity acquisition of a project-specific special purpose vehicle to act as the transmission service provider over a 35-year concession period following a two-year construction timeline.
Concurrently, the National Highways Authority of India selected the firm for a highway engineering initiative in Solapur valued at INR 6.88 billion excluding taxes. Implemented via the Hybrid Annuity Mode, the project encompasses the construction of a 9.66-kilometer four-lane elevated highway corridor on National Highway 65 between Old Pune Naka and Boramani Naka. Execution is scheduled for completion within 24 months, accompanied by a 15-year operational mandate post-commissioning.
The dual wins underscore a strategic convergence between transportation infrastructure expansion and utility grid modernization in western India.
