Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd. has secured a contract valued at ₹1.85 billion from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. to supply 4,820 kilometers of specialized aluminium alloy conductors for transmission initiatives in Tuticorin and Pune, with deliveries running through early 2027.

Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd. (DPIL) has secured a contract from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (AESL) for the supply of specialized power transmission equipment. According to official regulatory disclosures, the contract is valued at ₹1.85 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, DPIL will manufacture and deliver high-performance AL59 aluminium alloy conductors destined for two major domestic power transmission initiatives.

The scope of the mandate requires DPIL to oversee the end-to-end process, encompassing the design, engineering, manufacture, rigorous testing, packaging, and delivery-at-place transportation of the infrastructure components. The supply schedule is strictly structured, with equipment dispatches slated to commence in July 2026 and conclude by February 2027. Operationally, the volume is split into two primary allocations: 1,050 kilometers of AL59 Moose conductors earmarked for the Tuticorin transmission infrastructure project, and an additional 3,770 kilometers of AL59 Zebra conductors designated for the Pune-III regional grid expansion project.
