DreamFolks Services will acquire a 60.24% stake in Dubai-based Easy to Travel for ₹360 million, marking a strategic pivot toward international airport services distribution. The transaction supports DreamFolks’ diversification beyond domestic lounge operations and expansion into global travel markets.

DreamFolks Services Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire a 60.24% stake in Easy to Travel (ETT), an airport services distribution platform headquartered in Dubai. The acquisition, valued at $4 million (approximately ₹360 million), will be executed through a cash consideration structure settled via AD Bank in tranches, according to a stock exchange filing.

The transaction involves the purchase of 50 shares at $80,000 per share and is expected to close within 120 business days, subject to regulatory and procedural approvals. These include overseas direct investment compliance under India’s Foreign Exchange Management Act and share transfer registration with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority.

The acquisition follows DreamFolks’ decision to discontinue domestic airport lounge services and reflects a broader strategy to diversify geographically and across service offerings. ETT operates across 120 countries and more than 500 airports, providing ancillary services such as lounge access, fast track, meet-and-assist, buggy transfers, delay care, and global eSIM solutions.

By integrating ETT’s API-driven distribution systems and international partner network, DreamFolks aims to strengthen its digital infrastructure and expand access to global travel aggregators, airlines, banks, and fintech platforms. For investors, the move signals a strategic shift toward scalable, cross-border airport service aggregation within the global travel ecosystem.
