ITP Media Group has acquired Singapore-headquartered Heart Media Group, securing a direct operational footprint across key Asian luxury markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, to target growing high-net-worth audiences across the broader Asia-Pacific region.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Middle Eastern media conglomerate ITP Media Group has finalized the acquisition of Singapore-based lifestyle publisher Heart Media Group, expanding its international footprint into high-growth Southeast Asian markets. Under the transaction, Heart Media's regional portfolio and operations across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia will be integrated under the ITP Media brand umbrella, establishing a combined network reaching audiences across the Gulf Cooperation Council, India, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Founded in 1987, ITP Media Group is a Dubai-headquartered multinational publishing and digital media entity operating dozens of consumer and B2B publications globally. Heart Media Group is a Singapore-based print and digital publisher specializing in regional luxury lifestyle titles, including localized editions of prominent fashion and lifestyle periodicals.

The strategic deal establishes a direct gateway for Middle Eastern media capital into Asia's expanding wealth management and luxury consumption centers. Rapid accumulation of private capital in cities like Hong Kong and Singapore, driven by a surge in family offices and cross-border private wealth flows has increased demand for targeted media infrastructure and premium brand marketing channels tailored to affluent consumers.

The integration reflects broader structural shifts within the global luxury publishing industry, where traditional media businesses are consolidating to build cross-border advertising platforms. By connecting Middle Eastern and Asian market coverage, the expanded entity offers global advertisers consolidated access to high-net-worth demographics across multiple jurisdictions through unified digital assets, event activation capabilities, and regional print circulation.

For corporate stakeholders and luxury brands, the transaction signals intensified competition among media platforms seeking to capture regional advertising spend. The consolidation enables multi-market advertising procurement and scalable digital campaign execution, catering to shifting consumer behavior and growing commercial integration between GCC capital markets and Asian economic hubs.
