EFC moves to acquire full ownership of TTK Prestige subsidiary

Real estate services provider EFC (I) Limited has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited. The strategic buyout expands EFC's design and manufacturing presence into North India while absorbing an established player in the modular furniture sector.

Indian real estate-as-a-service provider EFC (I) Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the entire equity stake of modular furniture maker Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited. Prior to the transaction, Ultrafresh operated as a 51% subsidiary of cookware major TTK Prestige Limited. The execution of the full acquisition remains subject to the completion of customary conditions precedent. EFC is a Pune-headquartered, publicly traded company on Indian stock exchanges that delivers flexible workspace solutions, corporate turnkey interiors, and office furniture manufacturing, currently managing tens of thousands of seats across major Indian cities. Ultrafresh operates as an established modular space provider with a dedicated design division and a functional production plant based in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh.

This corporate takeover integrates Ultrafresh's design assets, execution workforce, and North Indian manufacturing footprint directly into EFC's existing turnkey design and build vertical. By acquiring a fully operational manufacturing site in Himachal Pradesh, EFC establishes a key regional manufacturing hub in Northern India, substantially broadening its supply chain distribution network beyond its primary production footprint in Western India.

The deal reflects broader consolidation trends within India's commercial real estate and interior infrastructure markets, where workspace management firms are increasingly verticalizing their operations.
