Under the agreement, Elegancia Contracting & Industries will oversee the entire project lifecycle across two execution phases, covering comprehensive site preparation, civil and structural construction, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure, fire protection, system integration, testing, and final commissioning.
