The integration of the German entity enables Ework to secure an AÜG license, a regulatory requirement in Germany that permits temporary staff augmentation and direct operational management of external specialists within client organizations. Acquiring a legal entity equipped for this framework allows the firm to participate in structured Managed Service Provider programs, Vendor Management System procurement frameworks, and master service agreements across the German market.
