INDIA; SINGAPORE —Anant Raj Cloud Singapore Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Orange Business Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. and the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Haryana. Under the agreement, the entities will globally market Haryana-hosted cloud and data center platforms, including Ashok Cloud, while facilitating the onboarding of international enterprise workloads to the region.
This initiative expands on previous commitments to strengthen northern India's digital capabilities, supporting a planned development footprint of approximately 307 MW of IT capacity across facilities in Manesar, Panchkula, and Rai. The strategy leverages regional cost efficiencies alongside Haryana's dedicated Data Centre Policy 2026 to position the state as an attractive destination for high-performance computing, artificial intelligence workloads, and cross-border data hosting.
By integrating Orange Business as a technical and international go-to-market partner, the project connects local physical infrastructure with global connectivity networks and enterprise artificial intelligence architecture. This framework allows international organizations seeking scalable compute capacity to deploy workloads in India under supportive regulatory and economic conditions, advancing the adoption of sovereign and public cloud offerings across Asia-Pacific markets.
Anant Raj Limited is a real estate developer headquartered in India, actively expanding its portfolio into digital infrastructure, cloud services, and large-scale data center developments.
