Euler Motors has expanded its Palwal facility in Haryana with a new electric four-wheeler assembly line, backed by a ₹1 billion investment. The expansion boosts annual capacity to 24,000 units, addressing the growing demand for sustainable commercial transport in India.

Indian commercial vehicle manufacturer Euler Motors has operationalized a new production line dedicated to electric four-wheelers at its manufacturing facility in Palwal, Haryana. Supported by an investment of ₹1 billion, the 40-acre facility expands the company's total annual production capacity to 24,000 vehicles. The expanded infrastructure will manufacture cargo models, including the Turbo EV 1000 and Storm EV, utilizing automated conveyor systems, integrated battery-pack assembly lines and comprehensive vehicle testing setups.

Euler Motors is an Indian commercial electric vehicle company specializing in heavy-duty electric commercial vehicles for last-mile logistics and intra-city freight transportation. Founded to address performance and cost gaps in green commercial mobility, the enterprise receives financial backing from prominent industry stakeholders, including Hero MotoCorp.

The expansion comes amid rapid demand acceleration for electric commercial transport in India, driven by fleet operators transitioning away from internal combustion engine vehicles. Increased adoption in the light commercial cargo sector reflects broader shifts toward zero-emission freight delivery, supported by localized component sourcing and specialized vehicle design tailored for heavy load cycles.

Scaling domestic production capabilities for electric utility vehicles enhances supply chain resilience and reduces entry barriers for logistics businesses facing urban emission mandates. By integrating advanced driver assistance systems and battery testing facilities, commercial EV makers are accelerating the decarbonization of India's freight industry while establishing cost-effective operational models for scalable fleet electrification.
