Inmar Company for Real Estate Development and Investment has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Al Rajhi Capital to assess the creation of three real estate investment funds valued at SAR 1 billion in Saudi Arabia.

SAUDI ARABIA —Inmar Company for Real Estate Development and Investment has executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Al Rajhi Capital to evaluate the establishment of three real estate investment funds with a combined target valuation of SAR 1 billion. The four-month agreement establishes a structured collaborative framework for both entities to complete comprehensive property valuations, technical and financial due diligence, feasibility studies, project financing arrangements, and regulatory filings required by Saudi market authorities. The agreement includes provisions for automatic extension if key evaluation processes or regulatory approval procedures remain ongoing at the end of the initial term.

Headquartered in Saudi Arabia, Inmar Company for Real Estate Development and Investment is a publicly listed real estate entity specializing in commercial and residential property development, land development, and asset management. Al Rajhi Capital operates as the investment banking and asset management arm of Al Rajhi Bank, offering asset management, corporate finance advice, brokerage, and custodial services across Saudi financial markets.

This initiative aligns directly with Saudi Arabia's broader economic diversification strategies under Vision 2030, which emphasizes expanding institutional participation in domestic property markets and deepening local capital deployment through regulated investment vehicles. Real estate funds in the Kingdom serve as vital instruments for pooling capital, enabling private sector developers to fund large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use urban developments without relying exclusively on direct balance-sheet financing.

For institutional investors and market participants, the partnership highlights the growing role of specialized asset managers in structuring real estate vehicles that provide institutional liquidity and risk diversification. By partnering with a major financial institution, real estate developers can streamline project execution while broadening capital access. Successful completion of the studies and subsequent fund rollouts would expand institutional real estate assets under management in the region while accelerating private sector development activity within Saudi Arabia's expanding property ecosystem.
