Inox Green Energy Services has finalized the financial consideration for acquiring the 4.5 GW wind O&M division of Wind World India via its subsidiary Vibhav Energy. The transaction strengthens Inox Green's operational footprint across key wind-producing Indian states.

INDIA —Inox Green Energy Services Limited has finalized the payment to acquire the wind operations and maintenance (O&M) business of Wind World India Limited for a total consideration of ₹5.5 billion, including applicable taxes. The transaction was executed through Vibhav Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary in which Inox Green will hold a 75% equity stake following the implementation of the resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. The acquired unit will operate as a going concern under Vibhav Energy, allowing Inox Green to consolidate the target's financial statements on a line-by-line basis.

Inox Green Energy Services Limited is an India-based pure-play renewable energy O&M service provider and a subsidiary of Inox Wind Limited within the INOXGFL Group ecosystem. The business manages long-term O&M contracts for utility-scale renewable energy projects across India. Wind World India Limited is a wind energy solutions provider whose O&M arm generated approximately ₹5.8 billion in turnover during FY26.

The acquisition adds 4.5 GW of serviced capacity across key wind-rich states including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh. The portfolio includes long-term O&M contracts with major independent power producers and industrial energy consumers, incorporating an structured annual price escalation clause of approximately 5%. Following this integration, Inox Green's total renewable portfolio under management expands to approximately 13.3 GWp, positioning the company to capitalize on economies of scale and operational efficiencies across multi-brand turbine fleets.

The deal reflects ongoing consolidation within India's renewable energy O&M market as service providers seek scale to optimize operating margins and maintenance workflows. Expanded service capacity allows pure-play O&M operators to leverage centralized monitoring technologies, streamline supply chain logistics for spare parts, and improve asset availability factors for asset owners.
