MALAYSIA —Inta Bina Group Berhad has secured a main building works contract valued at RM115.65 million from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd. Under the agreement, Inta Bina's wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, will act as the main contractor for a new residential development located in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The project execution period spans 30 months, commencing on August 24, 2026, with an expected completion date of February 23, 2029.
The scope of work comprises Proposed Development of 61 Units of Three-Storey Terrace Houses and 1 Unit of Electrical Substation on Lot 201059 and Lot 201060, Jalan Melati Kuarza 1, Off Lingkaran Tengah 2 (MRR2), Mukim of Setapak, District of Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur for Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn. Bhd.
This contract win reinforces Inta Bina Group's position as a trusted construction partner in Malaysia's property sector, further expanding its order book and enhancing revenue visibility over the next two and a half financial years. Founded in 1987, Inta Bina Group Berhad is a prominent Malaysian construction company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial building projects.
