MALAYSIA —Seiring Setia Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inta Bina Group Berhad, has awarded a property development construction contract valued at RM 290.96 million to Inta Bina Sdn. Bhd., another wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, for the execution of the Senja Residensi @ Bukit Jelutong project. Under the terms of the agreement, Inta Bina Sdn. Bhd. will act as the main building contractor for the proposed development situated at Jalan Bazar U8/100, Bukit Jelutong Seksyen U8, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Construction activities are set to commence on October 1, 2026, with an estimated completion timeline of 36 months spanning through late 2029.
Seiring Setia Sdn. Bhd. operates as a property development vehicle under Inta Bina Group Berhad, focusing on residential and commercial real estate projects across key urban centers in Malaysia. Inta Bina Sdn. Bhd. serves as the principal construction arm of Inta Bina Group Berhad, an established Malaysian investment holding firm specializing in civil engineering, residential developments, and commercial building operations. The project, named Senja Residensi @ Bukit Jelutong, carries an estimated gross development value of RM 290.96 million and comprises a multi-tier residential and commercial complex featuring a 499-unit serviced apartment development spread across two residential towers.
The scope of work encompasses comprehensive building works for the entire development structure. The complex features a ground-floor community facility space housing 16 retail shops, a main lobby, management office, mail room, kindergarten, fire control center, public amenities, and infrastructure utility rooms. Above the ground floor, the build includes a five-storey podium car park from Level 1 to 5, an additional podium facility layer at Level 6, and a dedicated residential facilities floor on Level 7 equipped with a multipurpose hall, prayer rooms, funeral preparation room, games and multipurpose spaces, laundry, gymnasium, yoga room, swimming pool, children's playground, and community garden. The residential towers comprise Block A (19 storeys with 247 serviced apartment units) and Block B (18 storeys with 252 serviced apartment units), topped by dedicated water tank, pump, and mechanical rooms.

By awarding the construction package internally to Inta Bina Sdn. The project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Inta Bina Group Berhad throughout the 36-month construction cycle and upon the subsequent sale of completed units, supported by internally generated funds and bank borrowings.
