Inventus Mining Corp. has executed a property purchase agreement with Conquest Resources Limited to acquire a 100% interest in the past-producing Golden Rose Mine property package for 8 million common shares and a net smelter return royalty.

CANADA Inventus Mining Corp. entered into a definitive agreement with Conquest Resources Limited to acquire full ownership of the Belfast-Teck Mag property package, which encompasses the historic Golden Rose Mine in Ontario, Canada. Under the agreed terms, Inventus will issue 8 million common shares to Conquest at a valuation of $0.295 per share alongside granting a 2.0% net smelter return royalty on applicable mining claims. Inventus retains an option to buy back 0.5% of the royalty for C$1.0 million. The transactional share issuance remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and includes a staged pooling mechanism spanning two years.

Inventus Mining Corp. is a mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing precious and critical mineral assets in the Sudbury mining district of Ontario, Canada.

The transaction expands Inventus' total regional land holdings to 681 square kilometers while introducing a high-grade underground target located 14 kilometers north of its flagship Pardo project. Golden Rose provides immediate resource validation potential, backed by an established shaft, decline ramp, seven underground levels, a previously permitted tailings facility, and documented historic production totaling 52,000 ounces of gold across two operational cycles from 1937 to 1941 and 1987 to 1988.

Integrating Golden Rose into Inventus' portfolio creates operational synergies across the adjacent properties, which are linked by provincial highway infrastructure. Shared logistics, equipment, personnel, and technical resources are expected to streamline operations. Inventus plans to advance Golden Rose using a direct-shipping ore model supported by cash flows generated from its primary Pardo project, while simultaneously launching exploration drilling to evaluate the geological corridor connecting both properties.

For mining investors and regional stakeholders, the acquisition establishes a broader hub-and-spoke production platform in the Sudbury district. The combination of shallow paleoplacer deposits at Pardo with underground high-grade mineralization at Golden Rose provides a dual-track exploration and development framework, diversifying asset risk while establishing long-term potential for centralized processing infrastructure in Ontario.
