MALAYSIA —End-to-end piping solutions provider ISF Group Berhad has landed the largest contract in its operating history through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd. The four awarded agreements carry a combined financial value of RM83.2 million and center on a major hyperscale data centre development situated in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. Construction and infrastructure scopes for the development were commissioned by a domestic civil engineering and building construction enterprise.
The construction assignment is split across four distinct packages, with three agreements totaling approximately RM73.3 million dedicated to internal mechanical utilities. These comprise comprehensive cold water networks, rainwater harvesting frameworks, water reticulation layouts, and sanitary utility installations. An additional fourth package valued at roughly RM9.9 million covers external sewerage infrastructure works. Execution timelines span multiple stages between November 2026 and July 2028, providing consecutive operational milestones for the project teams involved.
This major contract award elevates the enterprise unbilled order book to RM225.5 million, strengthening intermediate revenue visibility extending through the financial year closing on December 31, 2029. Leadership noted that the milestone validates institutional capabilities to successfully execute large-scale, technically rigorous developments. Alongside its core construction pipeline, corporate planners are examining prospective expansion paths into broader water infrastructure segments, specifically targeting municipal water treatment facilities and regional non-revenue water reduction initiatives.
Headquartered in Johor, ISF Group Berhad operates as a specialized engineering and piping contractor focused on utility systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
