Journify has raised 12 million USD in Series A funding led by Al Mada Ventures and Silicon Badia to expand its ad signal infrastructure platform into the United States and European markets. The capital will accelerate artificial intelligence development and enhance first-party data connectivity for global digital advertising.

SAUDI ARABIA; UNITED ARAB EMIRATES —Journify has successfully closed a 12 million USD Series A funding round to accelerate the global expansion of its ad signal infrastructure platform. The investment was led by Al Mada Ventures and co-led by returning investor Silicon Badia, with additional participation from Shorooq, Bunat Ventures, Du Ventures, and Oraseya Capital. This latest financing values the enterprise at four times its previous valuation, following a period of fivefold revenue growth.

This development is strategically significant as it addresses a critical vulnerability in modern digital advertising: the degradation of third-party tracking data. As privacy regulations tighten and browser restrictions limit traditional tracking methods, advertising algorithms increasingly rely on incomplete datasets. By providing a privacy-compliant, real-time data layer, the platform ensures that major advertising networks receive accurate, first-party conversion signals, thereby improving the efficacy of automated bidding and campaign optimization.

The expansion directly impacts the digital advertising, ecommerce, and retail technology sectors across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Brands and performance marketers will benefit from enhanced return on advertising spend through more precise audience targeting and measurement. Furthermore, the integration of advanced artificial intelligence for continuous signal monitoring and automated issue resolution sets a new operational standard for data reliability in marketing technology.

From a market perspective, this capital injection positions the company to compete in the world’s largest advertising markets, notably the United States, where digital ad revenue exceeds 294 billion USD annually. The addition of experienced executive leadership to the board of directors further validates the scalability of the business model. Investors are increasingly prioritizing infrastructure-layer solutions that enable compliant data activation, viewing them as essential components for the next generation of artificial intelligence-driven marketing ecosystems.

Journify is a marketing technology company founded in 2022 that builds privacy-first ad signal infrastructure for performance marketers. Headquartered in San Francisco with regional offices in Dubai and Riyadh, the firm specializes in validating and enriching conversion events across multiple digital and offline channels to optimize advertising measurement.
