The scope of work entails the construction and completion of main building works for a proposed development featuring 1,012 SOHO units across two 34-storey towers-comprising 540 units in one block and 472 units in the other-located at Lot 4460, Jalan Yahya Awal, Bandar Johor Bahru, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta’zim. The structure will also encompass ten levels of podium parking with two levels of mezzanine commercial space and two levels of dedicated facilities.
