Following the transaction, Micronova will be integrated into the Contract Manufacturing division within Lifco's Systems Solutions business segment, with financial consolidation scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. Lifco, headquartered in Sweden, operates as a decentralized group focusing on acquiring market-leading niche businesses with stable earnings, reporting 2025 net sales of SEK 28.3 billion across 275 operating entities worldwide.
Headquartered in Vigonza, Padova, Micronova specializes in engineered electronic components supplied directly to original equipment manufacturers across multiple industrial sectors. Operating with a workforce of 49 employees, the Italian company generated net sales of approximately EUR 35.1 million in 2025. Lifco indicated that the transaction is not expected to have a material impact on its consolidated earnings or overall financial position for the 2026 financial year.
