Lunera Energi will deploy Prevas’ Octave Attune Enterprise Asset Management platform across its operations in Norway under an agreement worth approximately SEK 20 million. The six-year arrangement is intended to centralize asset, maintenance and work-process information while supporting more structured management of district heating and cooling infrastructure.

NORWAY —Lunera Energi has selected Prevas to implement and deliver Octave Attune, an Enterprise Asset Management platform, under an agreement valued at approximately SEK 20 million. The value includes implementation services and recurring license revenue, with the contract covering an initial six-year period and an option for two additional two-year extensions.

The implementation will establish a shared digital environment for maintenance activities, asset information and operational work processes. The platform is intended to support the long-term management of production facilities, distribution networks and other physical assets while improving how maintenance and operational activities are coordinated.

The development is relevant to the district heating and cooling sector, where the reliability and condition of generation and distribution assets directly affect service continuity. Lunera Energi operates these services in Trondheim and Stjørdal, Norway, using sources that include waste incineration, forestry bioenergy and industrial waste heat, as well as heating and cooling from local water resources.

Lunera Energi supplies approximately 750 GWh of district heating each year to around 7,500 customers. Bringing asset records, maintenance information and work processes into a common system can provide a centralized basis for managing infrastructure across these operations, particularly as energy companies seek to maintain aging or distributed physical assets while controlling operating requirements.

For businesses in utilities and energy infrastructure, the agreement illustrates the role of enterprise asset management systems in connecting operational maintenance with broader asset information. The six-year commercial structure also gives Prevas recurring software revenue alongside implementation services, while Lunera Energi receives a platform designed for longer-term use across its physical asset base. Prevas is a Swedish technology and consulting company providing services and solutions across areas including industrial digitalization and IT.
