On April 16, 2026, the Government of Maharashtra entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with NICDC Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDSL) to implement the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP). NLDSL is a joint venture between the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation and Japan’s NEC Corporation, specializing in digital supply chain transparency.
The agreement facilitates the creation of a unified digital platform that integrates data from various state departments, enabling real-time insights into cargo movement and operational bottlenecks.
