Marwynn Holdings has entered a non-binding agreement with Grenada National Resort to assess the feasibility of a 500 million USD renewable energy and artificial intelligence data center campus. The initiative aims to co-locate solar power generation with high-performance computing to address regional infrastructure constraints.

GRENADA —Marwynn Holdings has executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Grenada National Resort to assess the viability of constructing a combined solar power and artificial intelligence data center facility in Grenada. The proposed development, designated as the NexaCore AI and Renewable Energy Infrastructure Campus, targets an estimated aggregate investment of 500 million USD. The agreement grants the subsidiary, NexaCore Technologies, a 24-month exclusivity period to conduct comprehensive land, grid, and connectivity feasibility studies prior to any formal capital commitment.

This development addresses a critical bottleneck in the global expansion of artificial intelligence infrastructure: reliable and scalable power delivery. By designing the solar generation and battery storage systems in tandem with the graphics processing unit computing capacity, the project aims to create a self-sustaining energy loop. This co-location strategy mitigates reliance on external grid capacity, ensuring that the facility can meet the intensive energy demands of modern machine learning workloads while potentially exporting surplus electricity to the local utility network.

The initiative carries significant implications for the Caribbean technology and energy sectors. As a government-supported investment project, the resort will facilitate land access and coordinate with local regulatory and utility authorities. Successful execution would position the nation as an emerging hub for sovereign and regional artificial intelligence operations, attracting international technology firms seeking compliant, sustainably powered computing environments outside traditional North American or European markets.

From a strategic perspective, this evaluation phase allows the enterprise to diversify its operational footprint internationally without immediate financial exposure. The company retains full commercial control over technology selection, financing, and partnership development, with the flexibility to involve institutional investors or infrastructure funds. Should the feasibility studies validate the technical and economic models, the project could serve as a blueprint for similar renewable-powered computing deployments in other developing markets.

Marwynn Holdings is a technology and infrastructure enterprise specializing in the development of artificial intelligence computing networks and renewable energy solutions. Grenada National Resort operates as a state-backed tourism and economic development initiative designed to attract foreign direct investment to the Caribbean nation.
