Momentum Group has acquired 100 percent of Polymore AB to expand its capabilities within industrial water and wastewater treatment sectors. The transaction integrates Polymore's proprietary liquid polymer dissolving and dosing systems into the Flow Technology business unit.

SWEDEN —Momentum Group has completed the full acquisition of Polymore AB, absorbing the manufacturer into its Flow Technology division within the infrastructure segment. The transaction consolidates ownership of a specialized enterprise focused on proprietary systems designed for polymer preparation and injection across fluid processing environments. Operations will continue from the established facility in Bålsta, Sweden, maintaining the enterprise framework built over decades of family ownership.

This structural consolidation provides Momentum Group with deeper integration into environmental engineering markets, specifically targeting water purification and wastewater management infrastructure. By incorporating specialized fluid dosing technology, the corporate parent broadens its technical portfolio for equipment manufacturers and industrial end-users globally. The agreement broadens commercial reach for high-reliability dosing solutions while leveraging existing distribution channels within the parent organization.

Industrial sectors reliant on fluid processing, environmental engineering, and municipal utility management face increasing operational demands for precise chemical dosing and automated water treatment. The integration of compact, reliable preparation units addresses efficiency requirements in marine applications and factory operations where spatial constraints and short lead times dictate equipment selection. Market participants supplying OEM solutions must navigate shifting vendor dynamics as consolidation alters specialized equipment availability.

Corporate investors and market analysts view the transaction as a measured portfolio expansion that enhances recurring revenue streams through specialized spare parts and maintenance services. Because operations generate an annual turnover of approximately SEK 25 million, the immediate financial impact on earnings per share remains marginal while securing long-term positioning in expanding environmental sectors.
