Naseej for Technology has signed a SAR 11 million contract with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to operate and maintain its Performance, Project, and Strategy Management System. The 24-month agreement is expected to contribute positively to the company’s financial performance from early 2027.

SAUDI ARABIA —Naseej for Technology Co. has signed a contract worth SAR 11 million, with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for the operation and maintenance of the ministry’s Performance, Project, and Strategy Management System. The agreement was executed on 4 November 2026 and covers a 24-month service period. The ministry is the contracting authority, while Naseej for Technology is the contractor responsible for delivering the services.

The project involves maintaining and operating an integrated management system designed to support the ministry’s performance monitoring, project oversight, and strategic management functions. Through the agreement, Naseej will be responsible for ensuring the continued operation and maintenance of the platform throughout the contractual period. The contract documentation was completed, and the company received a copy of the executed agreement on 4 November 2026. No related parties are involved in the transaction.

The agreement forms part of the broader digitalisation of government administration, where integrated performance and project management platforms are increasingly important for coordinating institutional activities, monitoring implementation progress, and supporting strategic decision-making. Maintaining the reliability and continuity of such systems is essential for government entities managing multiple programmes, operational priorities, and performance indicators.

For the technology services sector, the contract highlights continuing demand for specialised IT operations and maintenance services within Saudi Arabia’s public sector. Government organisations increasingly depend on technology providers to maintain critical management platforms and ensure uninterrupted digital operations. Such engagements also create opportunities for technology companies to expand their recurring service revenues through multi-year government contracts.

Naseej for Technology provides technology solutions and digital services, including the implementation, operation, and maintenance of enterprise and institutional management systems. The company serves organisations seeking to improve operational efficiency through digital platforms and integrated technology solutions.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is a Saudi Arabian government entity responsible for labour market development, human resources, and social development policies and programmes. Its institutional responsibilities include supporting workforce development and improving the effectiveness of social and employment-related services.

Naseej expects the agreement to have a positive financial impact beginning in early 2027, reflecting the anticipated contribution of the contract during its execution period.
