The portfolio includes two major educational infrastructure projects in northeast India, alongside a specialized athletic housing facility in the eastern region. Specifically, the enterprise will manage the development of permanent institutional campuses for Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti in the South Salmara and West Karbi Anglong districts of Assam, with each project valued at 554.6 million rupees. Additionally, the firm has been tasked with building a 200-bed sports hostel in Sambalpur by the Odisha state government's sports and youth services department, an initiative valued at 213.6 million rupees.
