Nibe Space to execute INR 121.49 million GIS Survey, Mapping & Data Preparation project

Nibe Space Private Limited, a subsidiary of Nibe Limited, has secured a contract worth INR 121.49 million from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. The project involves GIS survey, mapping and digital data preparation for electrical distribution networks in Maharashtra over 42 months.

Nibe Space Private Limited, a subsidiary of Nibe Limited, has received a letter of award amounting to INR 121.49 million from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) for the execution of the project titled GIS Survey, Mapping & Data Preparation of MSEDCL's Distribution Network.

Under the terms of the domestic contract, Nibe Space Private Limited will carry out GIS-based survey, mapping, and digital data preparation across Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.'s electrical distribution infrastructure in India. The project covers comprehensive network digitization from 33 KV substations down to end consumer service points, encompassing both overhead and underground assets across the Pune and Kokan regions. The total order value stands at INR 121.49 million, exclusive of GST, with execution scheduled in tranches over a timeframe of 42 months. The contract was awarded by a domestic government entity, and neither the promoter group nor group entities hold any interest in the awarding authority, ensuring it does not fall under related-party transactions.
